Election Fraud Report: Cuyahoga County

Summary:Boycott Watch President Blocks Election Fraud Perpetrated by Election Official - voter profiling.

At about 11:08AM, Boycott Watch President telephoned the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections regarding election fraud in a Cleveland suburb where he voted, and observed fraud first hand.

Fred Taub stated: "I was in line to vote, and there was an African American gentleman who was in line behind me registering. I overheard the conversation regarding problems with his registration, as his ID did not match his registration, and he was also marked as having an absentee ballot. After being sent to the line for a provisional ballot, which is the proper procedure, he was sent back to the regular voting line, despite not presenting any utility bills or other identification indicating his proper address. He was given a normal ballot, not a provisional ballot and allowed into the standard booth to vote.

"I called the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections because the election official on site was letting him vote with a normal ballot. The BOE official on the phone told me that person had to vote provisional, and per request, I gave my cell phone to the election official on site. She finished her phone call and did nothing.

"I had to physically block that man from casting the actual pen and paper ballot he completed, then the voting official stepped in, running across the room, and only because I took action as a citizen to block a potentially fraudulent vote, as this person could have voted up to three times. The election official, only identifying herself as Maureen, complaining to me that I had no right to step in, but after she did not do her job. The gentleman in question was later sent him home for more ID, or so I was told.

"I don't know what happened after I left, but the election official identified as Maureen clearly did not like the fact that I went over her head by calling the BOE, was holding the ballot of the said gentleman in her hands as I left, and may have later cast the actual ballot in the ballot reader after I left, but I have no way of knowing.

"In the mean time, the African American gentleman was a probable Obama supporter demographically, and soon after, I was informed that a demographically potential McCain supporter with the same type of address discrepancy problem was denied the right to vote. I see this as voter profiling to sway the elections.

"I want to know if the election worker was using her power to push votes. Regardless, the election official appears to be playing politics with votes, which is illegal. The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections has been notified, and I am awaiting a response."
