   Starting in the fall of 2004, Boycott Watch will be publishing a subscriber-only newsletter focusing on consumer protection and what businesses need to know about avoiding boycotts; including what to do if you are faced with one. Consumers will learn to avoid scams and learn what businesses are doing to keep them as customers. Business articles also will include how to avoid accidentally participating in, and spotting illegal boycotts; customer service issues that will help you keep your customers, preventative public relations techniques and resources to help keep your customers coming back to your business.

   The newsletter will primarily be focused on preventing problems, and these articles will not appear on the Boycott Watch web site - the web site reports on events after the fact. If you want to lessons on preventative measures, this is the monthly newsletter for you.
